Independent Software Notice: TwinVox is an independent application and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TwinVox application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Token Economics & Consumable In-App Purchases (Guideline 3.1.1)

Pure Pay-As-You-Go Digital Tokens:

TwinVox operates exclusively on a 100% credit/token model (Consumable In-App Purchases). There are no auto-renewing recurring subscriptions.
Free First Voice Clone: Every registered user is entitled to clone their personal voice once for FREE (0 credits).
Starter Wallet Credits: New users receive 10 complimentary AI credits in their wallet upon account creation.
No Expiration: Purchased credit packages never expire and remain in your wallet until consumed.
Consumable Services: Re-cloning personal voice profiles (25 credits), cloned voice messaging (1 credit), and deep chat audits (10 credits) deduct credits dynamically from your balance.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase via Apple StoreKit.

3. Biometric Voice Cloning & Anti-Impersonation Warranty (Guideline 5.1.1 & 1.2)

By using the voice cloning features of TwinVox, you represent, warrant, and covenant that the audio sample provided is exclusively your own voice or that you possess express written authorization. You agree not to impersonate any third party, public figure, or individual, nor generate deceptive deepfake audio. Violation will result in immediate account termination.

4. Permitted Use & Conduct

You agree to use TwinVox solely for legitimate translation and messaging assistance. You may not use TwinVox to transmit harmful, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TwinVox provides AI-driven translation as-is. While we strive for extreme accuracy, translations may occasionally contain inaccuracies. TwinVox is not liable for misunderstandings or losses resulting from translation outputs.

6. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account, which immediately purges all your data from our systems.
